Every Employee Counts Campaign
Every September, employees of Ranken Technical College make personal financial gifts to the College during the Every Employee Counts Campaign. For the past five years, 100% of the full-time faculty, staff and administrators have contributed to the Campaign, raising in excess of $20,000 annually. This unrestricted giving to the Fund for Ranken is a clear indication of staff commitment to the College. It also allows us to actively demonstrate our commitment to our mission among businesses, friends, foundations and others who also support the College.
Fund For Ranken Annual Campaign
The Fund for Ranken provides the financial assistance necessary to keep Ranken Technical College moving forward by making additional dollars available for scholarships; updating classroom and shop space; hiring and retaining top faculty and staff; as well as providing the funds necessary to cover unmet expenses. The College seeks the support of alumni, parents and friends on a regular basis.
Every year there are opportunities to learn more about what is happening at Ranken through direct mailings to businesses, alumni, parents and friends. Please join our mailing list to receive regular updates on the exciting activities at Ranken Technical College.
The David Ranken Jr. Legacy Society
In the early 1900s, David Ranken, Jr. established and then planned for the growth of what is now Ranken Technical College. The David Ranken, Jr. Legacy Society recognizes individuals who also plan for the future and have chosen to support the College through their estate planning, bequests or other planned giving. The generosity of these donors helps ensure the continued excellence of Ranken Technical College for generations to come.

Phone-a-thon
A student run phone-a-thon is conducted during October and November of each year. Students make more than 10,000 calls to Ranken Alumni to give them updates on the College and personally ask for their financial support. The funds raised help to ensure that our students receive the best technical education possible.
Parents Council
The Parents Council is a great way to get directly involved with the mission at Ranken Technical College and also to enhance your child’s educational experience. The Council is an opportunity for parents to stay informed, to network, and to directly support the mission of the College and the goals of our students.
Grants
Many corporate and private foundations provide grants to support and enhance our various technical and community involvement programs (such as the neighborhood home building program (RCDC) and summer Adventure Academies). Ranken also receives funding from the U.S. Department of Education, the National Science Foundation and the Missouri Department of Higher Education to provide important student academic support services and scholarship assistance.
