David Ranken, Jr. visits a Ranken classroom in 1910
Ranken Technical College understands that the path to real-world success begins with a professional mindset from day one. Our students benefit from a unique learning model where, for every hour of classroom instruction, they participate in at least three hours of hands-on lab or shop experience. This commitment to practical learning translates to an average of 15 hours each week spent mastering the skills necessary for their careers, all while being guided by our knowledgeable instructors. Consequently, Ranken graduates are not only well-trained but also fully prepared to excel in their professional journeys.
Our St. Louis campus has operated continuously in the same location for more than a century. Today, the facilities reflect that history, as well as the College’s commitment to consistently offering superior training on cutting-edge equipment. This growing campus now includes the Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center and the Mary Ann Lee Technology Center.
