Ranken performs strategic planning on a 5 year cycle. The current cycle is 2021-2025. The Strategic planning steering committee is tasked with developing the plan for the college. The committee includes administration, board representation, faculty, staff, industry representation, community representation and alumni.
Success in the New Economy
We have concluded our Strategic Planning development process and have incorporated the final thoughts from the Board of Trustees.
We want to express a big THANK YOU for your inputs and support of the process.
As you will note, there are many activities with targets in the 2021-2022 academic year. Our plan is to now roll this out to the Ranken community so we can begin operationalizing our strategic plan. The Board will also see these activities referenced in your subcommittee and Board meetings going forward.
The next step is to get the official Ranken Board of Trustees’ approval of the strategic plan on record.

June 14, 2021 – Draft of 2021 – 2025 Strategic Plan presented to College Board for approval.
June /July 2021 – Strategic Plan will be disseminated and implemented across the college.
