In the postsecondary Automotive Service competition, Shelby Mathes placed 1st in both the District and State competitions for SkillsUSA which made him eligible to compete in the National Competition in Atlanta, GA during the week of June 24th. Shelby took his knowledge gained from his family's automotive shops and Ranken's High-Performance Technology program to help him excel to 4th place overall in the nation.
