It’s National Engineering Week! 💡Did you know our Troy location teaches aquaponics as part of the Agricultural Engineering Technology program? Students work hands-on in the greenhouse, learning how to manage water systems, monitor plant health, and grow fresh produce from the ground up. This photo captured one student’s excitement during our first watermelon harvest. Looking at it now, we’re counting the days until we can grow another one. 🍉
