Current Progress
- January 2020 the building should be in full operation.
- December 2019 the building, now known as the Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center, is complete and micro-enterprises are starting the moving in process.
- November 2019 Parking lot complete, sidewalks complete. Bathrooms finished. Finishing touches will be happening this month.
- October 2019 Parking lot and sidewalk installation has started. Painting, tiling, and lots of interior finished in progress.
- September 2019 Glass windows are installed, garage doors installed, and lots of interior work being done.
- August 2019 Roof complete. Dirt has been moved off site. Walls and interior work has started.
- July 2019 Steel is complete. Block walls are complete. Dirt has started moving off site. Roof is almost complete. Siding has started
- June 2019 Steel is almost complete. Foundation is poured. Block walls in progress.
- April 2019 Steel is going up
- March 2019 groundwork almost complete, MEP details underway, steel being delivered
- February 1, 2019 ground work continues and foundation and piers work underway
- January 2, 2019 ground work starts
- September 6, 2018 Construction project kickoff
- August 29, 2018 L. Keeley Construction awarded construction contract
- July 27, 2018 Construction bids will be closing
- July 13, 2018 Demo completed
- June 28, 2018 Construction bids open
