Ranken Technical College has partnered with Wrenching for the Future, www.wrenchingforthefuture.com, to bring you the Ranken Rat Rod Build-off 2023. The students will fabricate a Rat Rod from a 1937 Dodge Pickup and scrap parts in one week. It will have a fuel injected LS 5.3, 4L80 transmission, 68 Camaro front end suspension and a custom chassis.
When: Feb. 20-24
Where: Ranken Technical College – St. Louis Campus
Who: Any Juniors and Seniors who want to participate. (You do not have to be in a shop class or trade school. All juniors and seniors are welcome.) Register at https://www.ranken.edu/ratrod
The Rat Rod will be toured around the country and then it will be raffled off; proceeds go to scholarships.
