Congratulations on your acceptance to Ranken Technical College and on your choice to pursue a career path in a technical field! For over a century, Ranken Technical College has provided the comprehensive education and training necessary to prepare students, like you, for success.

NC3 National Signing Day ceremony is designed to honor incoming students who are entering a technical field and emphasize the importance of their career choice.

You’re invited, along with family, to share this special day and to sign a Letter of Commitment to Ranken Technical College.

National Signing Day will be held in the Auditorium located in the Mary Ann Lee Technology Center Building.  The event takes place from 9am to 12pm.

• 9am-10am – Breakfast with the President
  • Guests are invited to enjoy a full breakfast with Ranken President, Don Pohl. Guests will have the opportunity to speak with Mr. Pohl and various members of Ranken’s education team during this time.
• 10am-11am – Signing Ceremony
  • Students will be recognized on stage, sign a letter of intent, and have a photo opportunity with a member of Ranken’s Administration.
• 11am-12pm – Program Tours, Admissions Open House
  • Students and their guests will have an opportunity to tour their program and meet with the Admissions team to ask questions about enrolling at Ranken.

One lucky attendee will win a $2500 scholarship raffle!

The scholarship drawing will take place after the event. One winner will be awarded a $2500 non-transferrable scholarship to be used at Ranken Technical College during the 2023-2024 school year. Participation in the Signing Ceremony and enrollment in the 2023-2024 school year at Ranken Technical College is required for eligibility. The winner will be notified by the Ranken Admissions Office April 30, 2024.

NC3 is The National Coalition of Certification Centers, which is a value-driven organization and the future model for Career and Technical Education, creating highly-skilled, job-ready professionals through a growing network of educational partners and global industry leaders.

Students who wish to be recognized during the Signing Ceremony and enter to win the $2500 scholarship must register in advance.

Registration for this event will be open until April 4, 2024 or until capacity is reached.
