Join St. Louis business leaders on March 13th for a Panel Event: Equipping the Next Generation for the American Manufacturing Revival, hosted by Ranken Technical College.

Experts in education, workforce development and the manufacturing industry will gather at Ranken to explore how the St. Louis area business community is preparing their workforce for the future.

From skills development to AI, panelists will share insider tips to address the multifaceted challenges of attracting talent to the trades, managing skills gaps, and fortifying the technical workforce of tomorrow — all in partnership with Ranken Technical College. Business leaders, young professionals, talent recruiters and more are invited to attend.

Special guests include Marc Bowers (St. Louis Makes), Kory Mathews (AMICSTL), Art McCoy (Ranken Technical College Board of Trustees), Don Pohl (Ranken Technical College), Kate Sanders (Missouri Equipment Company), Todd Williams (Toyota Motor Manufacturing).

Start/End Time: Doors open at 8:30 AM. The event officially begins at 9:00 AM. Please arrive 15 min early. The panel discussion will conclude at 10:30 AM, followed by a reception and optional facility tours. Tours will wrap before 12:30 pm.

Who Should Attend? Our attendees will include representatives from the manufacturing industry, workforce development, economic development, education, and other related sectors. Panelists will share insider tips on topics from skills development to AI.
