Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, 1983
“Ranken has given me a strong work ethic, combined with technological knowledge for the future.”
“Dedication” is a word that comes to mind when you think of Darrell Williams. He is very dedicated to his job and thrives to make it a good place to work for everyone.
After graduation from Ranken in 1983, he started out in the field of HVAC, continuing for several years in that field working for commerical businesses. He then moved to a property management company where he worked as a senior maintenance cooridinator. When the building he worked in was sold, the new company offered him the postition of Property Manager.
Darrell feels that Ranken gave him the the proper skills to move into this position with ease because the education he received was a well-rounded one which included many things other than his major.
After several years working in his field after obtaining his HVACR certificate at Ranken, he returned to obtain his Associate Degree.
Darrell now works in Belleville, IL. In addition to his employment with MMRG, he has also helped with many aspects of the “Art on the Square” festival that takes place each May.
Darell is always very professional, prompt and hard working, and an asset to his job. His son is now attending Ranken and hopes to graduate from the Architecture Program this Spring.
